We Believe…

The historical Jesus is the Son of God, who willingly died on a Roman cross for our sins and resurrected from the dead.  (Romans 1:16, 1 Corinthians 15:1-8 & John 3:16)

The Bible is the inspired word of God.  (2 Timothy 3:16 & Psalm 119:105)

Every person has unique value as a creation of God, but we all make mistakes and will continue to do so.  (Romans 3:23 & 1 Corinthians 6:9-11)

The forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Jesus and make Him to be the leader of their life.  (Genesis 15:6 & John 3:16)

Making Jesus the leader of one’s life is a decision to follow Christ’s example in the 21st Century, acknowledging Him publicly, and being joined with Him in Christian baptism.  (Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 10:9 & Acts 2:38)

A group of believers is considered to be “The Church” and represents Jesus on earth.  The Church’s purpose is to serve others and develop believers.  (Matthew 28:19-21 & Ephesians 4:1-16)

Jesus will on day return to earth and will create a place for those who have placed their trust in Him.  (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
